German Millennials and Gen Z are surprisingly unambitious

... and sometimes even pessimistic. Only about half of them and sometimes even less have the ambition to start a family or to earn a bigger salary. These are results from the latest Deloitte Global Millennial survey, which has focused on working preferences and desires like traveling the world or buying your own house. Both Generations are also uncertain about their ability to make a positive impact on their community. The good news? Those who have ambitions are confident in their ability to achieve them.
